I am a food writer, food photographer, food stylist and film maker on books, editorials, commercials and television.
My first cook book ‘My Vietnamese Kitchen‘ Published by Ryland Peters & Small is available to buy on this site, Amazon and Foyles, Daunts, Books Etc, Blackwells & Waterstones.
I hold supper clubs in my studio with Vietnamese menus and I blog about Vietnamese food and other food related things (such as nice restaurants, chefs), travel and the things that I do or think about.
I also hold Vietnamese Cooking Classes in my studio kitchen.
I am a Londoner. I have lived in London for over 30 years, mainly in Hackney.
I trained in Fine Art Film & Video at Central Saint Martins College Of Art, I made an award winning film documentary for The Arts Council Of England back in 2001 called, “Pho”.
I used to have my own business in fashion and retail and was the designer of my own clothing and jewellery brand – ‘Leluu’, for my boutique business. Boutiques were in Earlham Street, Newburgh Street and Kingly Court. Due to rises in unsustainable rent and overheads, I retired from fashion in 2010.
Please follow me on instagram for daily updates & nice photos (@loveleluu) as I don’t always have time to blog nowadays. Thank you so much for visiting my website!
Here is a short film about me made by crane.tv for The Guardian.
