Uyen Luu is a food photographer and award winning, best selling cookbook author.

She trained at Central St Martins in Film, Video & Photography and has won the prestigious Best Documentary prize at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival.
She is the author of a collection of Vietnamese cookbooks, Vietnamese, Vietnamese Vegetarian and Quick & Easy Vietnamese, published by Penguin Random House as well as a contributor to well known magazines and newspapers.

 

All of this in addition to hosting her Vietnamese supper club and cookery classes at herĀ  food studio in Hackney.
